It's that timeIt's that time folks, when just gotta 'stop' everything doing and just lay back and go to bed. Health is all about proper slices of the daily pie of life. Listen to your body, and when time to 'stop', than stop...no matter what. Remember, you're your own Universe of everything, and when your Universe fails to function properly do to neglect, nothing else really matters. Putting self first is not a 'sin', for unless put self first, preserve health, than what good are you to others? Goodnight.

Going to go to bed now, or lay on couch until fall out while watching a scary movie on Netflix.
I've been up long enough, as such will probably awaken again at around midnight, which is cool, cause makes it seem like you have two Friday nights in which to fall alseep again stirring around a bit.
Other than that, not much to say.

It's about time for bed, it's been a really long day, most of it spent doing meaningless slave wage activity.
And yes, I describe any job one has, where can work years and years, and still only be 2 weeks away from nothing as 'slave wage'.
In fact, slaves often had more in that Masters often left pension plans with slaves, or gave them land when Master passed away, not always but some times.
Today, for the most part, you get nothing, zero, except barely enough to pay bills.
Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather work a low wage job than be a 1824 era slave.
And it's really not that wages are low, it's more like the price of things keep going up, inflation over the years.

Never enough time to do what you love to do on off time, before you start getting drowsy, in that bulk of energy used up during the day, at meaningless, non fulfilling day or labor job.

Time for bed I wonder how many secret readers have been around since the beginning. People laughed, scoffed, no one thought this forum would still be here, let alone active and alive, yet still is after 6 long years. 6 long years of life, heartache, joys and more. Oh well, time for bed. Some consider this place, here in the Zone, their family...later, back soon.

When you sleep at night, lay down in bed, you can be anything
Funny how when you, we, I, lay down at night in bed, we return to 'innocence', in that our daily stature is erased and we become 'cuddly' to self, mild like while in bed.
No matter how tall, big or fat, color or status, when in bed at night none of that matters, all that matters is we each find the most cuddly position to lay in, get comfortable, and fall asleep.
Our beds are like 'God', in that our beds or couch, just accept us 'as is'.

The best 'sleep' or 'bed time' would be if weightless.
I wish I could invent a 'bed' that you could sleep in, but without weight, this idea ran through me so strong last night as weight of body kept creating aches.
Sleeping or 'bedding' without the effects of gravity would be the ultimate experience, but not sure how to do that unless in outer space.

weightless bed = point of contact with flesh would have to be at very minimal, but if minimal, that minimal would bare brunt of weight, unless done in strings or netting..hmm.
I guess that's why 'water beds' were originally created, and that idea has come and gone.
Oh gosh, I'm so behind the curb...

Early pre Dusk time is so relaxing to me, I mean I sleep like a other worldly being.
Legs propped up, as if melted into bedding, as if sleeping in the hands of some force larger than I.
It's so comforting and quiet.
And to me that's worth a ton of money, I may not be a billionaire, but the rest at night, the peace that I get while laying down, fading in and out of sleep, is worth millions to me...and probably others who experience the same.
Proper rest at night is what keeps you healthy.

Rest and bed is everything, knowing when to 'stop' for the day, regardless of unresolved issues.
Issues will simply age you, proper rest will preserve you.
But in the end time catches us all...none of us want to believe that, but it does.
Christian, Jew, Arab, gangster, Movie Star, bus driver, black or white, time catches us all.

When I go to bed tonight When I go to bed tonight I can just be 'me', not flesh, but me, and that's what I love so much about bed and or sleep, in that you're just 'you' during that time. (assuming you're good and decent), if evil and mean, please melt into nothing. But all that aside, this post is only for those who are 'good', yet often during the day other's define you as this or that, or call you this or that name do to gender, or color, or orientation or whatever, but yet you're just a decent person who wants to exist in peace. At night, when all is quiet, is like the only time you're allowed to be that 'good person you are' without outside interference. If there is a 'God', a good one, than that's when said God sees you laying there in peace. Regardless of your age, color, orientation or status, cause in the end, body ends up in a coffin but while alive, please try to make a positive difference. If no one else notices, the Zone does...goodnight to all my beautiful angels out there.

Going to bed early can be fun at times, like at around 8 pm, cause what usually occurs, you fall asleep, dream, then wake up again at around 11pm-1 am, you feel 'fresh', and realize get to fall asleep all over again while maybe indulging self on activity for 10-30 minutes, then it's like getting two nights out of one, that whole 'get to fall asleep again' thing twice.
Rest is everything folks, sure we all eventually wither and fade, but rest makes 'alive time' more healthy.
Proper rest is everything, never forget that.
