Bed is a generic term for rest.
But as far as a physical bed goes, where I lay, it's more like a terrain. One of the hardest and strangest things for me to do, say if at a hotel, is to lay in a flat bed in a flat position.
To me, a bed should be like a terrain, like with mountains and valleys, which would equal large pillows scattered through out the bed, even making them yourself by stuffing garbage bag filled with clothes or other soft items, so that when you lay down at night legs can be elevated and stretched and more.
If you lay the right way at night, you'll wake up feeling totally restored.
Don't need to spend 1000's on fancy inclining beds, just get creative with stuff already in place.
It's all what you're use to, I suppose, like me, I sleep alone, yet some people or couples can't sleep well unless their spouse or other is next to them.
To me, that would seem very awkward, but to others very normal.
And it helps for it to be quiet, to live around people who respect quite time.
Rest is key to restoration, or restoring the mind and body.
Screw any job that denies you that and makes you feel interupting your healing time is vital to companies success...what?
What hourly wage job is worth throwing your health away for?
Anyways, time for more rest, later.

Sorry, but just that time for bed, rest.
And when that time arrives, must oblige.
For if not will get sick.
People who get sick ignore their bodies, and eat junk food, and use lots of sauces on food and other health destroying practices.
Right now must shut down, meaning no more 'brain thinking', no more project thinking, no more brain stressing, in that just lay back and relax.
Sure, lots not done, will probably never get done, regardless of fault, but when tomorrow arrives, if not properly rested, health will pay.

Time for bed.
The world we live in is so so very corrupt, people are corrupt, period, regardless of title or titles or badges or other.
It's like giving a badge to a cancer cell, or giving a badge to the flu virus, or even like giving a badge to a demon.
Dumb, stupid types think that giving a badge to say, Satan, some how makes them good.
I think I'm cursed in that I think I'm just to bright, see to much.
At least on the Planet Earth, I think, observe, dumb people are probably the most blessed.
Time for bed.
At least in my dreams, I can be dumb.

It's that time.
Sure, a bill going unpaid, this not done, that not done, so what.
None of that stuff keeps you alive, but what does keep you alive is knowing when to go to bed, knowing or listening to body when body says 'Stop'.
Bills will be here long after we're dead, so will taxes, traffic and everything else.
Time for bed.
In the end, all you can do is take care of your own health.

As I get ready to lay down for bed, what are we?

And mean flesh aside, what are we, what are you?
Cause when sleeping at night, flesh doesn't seem to matter, but rather abstract thoughts do.
And is weird, cause if wired to 'do good', even while in dreams, can't do bad.
So at times I wonder what criminals who hurt others dream about?
And 'criminals' aren't just those on the streets, they can be embedded in Government, companies, agencies and more.
Street, or minority criminals simply easiest to go after, for cops, in that street criminals create 'loud' crimes, where as banking or cyber criminals create 'quiet crimes'.
Not sure how an evil person, who doesn't mind hurting person can live with self. But I'm sure they ask the opposite, they probably ask 'How can a straight walking person live with themselves'?
Life is odd folks, and no one really has all the answers, time to lay down for a while and forget about it.

When I, or we, go to bed at night, it doesn't matter how much you 'hate me', or 'us' or even 'you'....none of that matters, cause when go to bed at night, it's as if innocent again, all body wants to do is get comfortable in bed, or couch, or even floor, and 'reset' energy.
Our bodies, living cells, designed to take care of 'us', regardless of 'us', or our ways.
When think about it, our bodies are really the only mechanisms that don't judge us.
Cells designed to save themselves, regardless of 'you' or 'me', and or the spirit within.
Your bodies cells don't know if you're evil or good, what color you are, what nation you're from, what your religious belief system is.
Whether a football player jock or computer scientist geek, cells don't care.
And nor does your subconscious when time to go to bed, rest, sleep and dream.
The engineers of biomechanical life, who are they?
And where did they go?
Life on Earth was 'created', but by whom or what, singular or plural.

Bed when it's cold.
When cold out, is it better to sleep with heater off, bundle up, and then wake up in morning in outside temp, and make run for heater?, like taking cold shower.
Or is it better to let heater/furnace run all night? yes, you're warm, but also knowing you'll have to pay utility reaper at end of month..$$$$

Bed, bed, bed
Bed, bed, bed, yes it's that time, where just lay back and melt into night.
Regardless of your weight, color, class, or discipline, your body, our body, needs that rest time.
That time to reflect upon much (I often wonder how evil people with no remorse for hurting others reflect on their personal time,....yuk)
But for those who are good, decent, in that maybe clumsy but innocent, that's whom I'm writing about here.
When lay body down at night, to relax, to heal, and to discover.
Bed, dreams, possibilities, and more, come from resting.
And sometimes, at night, or whenever drowsy, right before it's that time to crash, you just don't care, may eat ice cream, or shovel down a steak, or other bad for your health food, just doesn't matter...cause moments away from letting go.
Life goes on regardless, so live, ponder, share your thoughts while alive, cause when dead, others will express your thoughts for you.

About to go to bed for a while.
Had some odd meals today..
1. Noodle sandwich
Ramon Noodles between slices of bread, just like a cold cut meat sandwich with the noodles, while warm, taking the place of meat, this recipy goes back many years with me, Everett, WA type long ago years. Also tastes good with tomatoe slices and cheese. (can't spell tonight)
2. Chili with peanut butter toast, not bad.
Just eating weird, which means getting low on groceries. I dread going to grocery store, up to now have been able to avoid crowds, and I so dread walking into a grocery store in that been feeling pretty decent lately, I don't want to walk into a store then come home feeling woosey headed, that's the last thing I need.
People forget
Just because Corona dominating the headlines, the other germs and bacteria and diseases and viruses haven't taken a vacation
Ye sure, you may not get Corona, but doesn't mean can't catch other stuff that people normally get.
Oh well, time for bed, time for dreams, which I love.
I wish the next world was just a world of dreams, where you never have a appetite and no need to generate a income.

Time for bed Time for bed, and no, that's not me, just thought I'd add some art to this particular themed section, but I did create the final product, it's what I enjoy doing is taking ordinary images and spazzing them up, making them 'book' or 'dream like', I'm a illustrator you could say, among other things (at least to myself I am). All that aside, indeed it is time for bed. Finally went shopping today, not to scary or hectic, but had to go sooner or later before eating crumbs. Groceries sure aren't cheap. Another post on here was saying if going to get Corona, now would be the best time to get it, while basically being paid to sit at home, I mean I agree in that would rather get it now, while have at least another week off, than to get it once start working again, and then gotta explain to company why you need even more time off, they'll think you're faking it or something. If I go get tested, and find out I have it, with no side effects, I guess that would be good, meaning body over came it without me even knowing (same applies to anyone else). But what if don't have it, then get it waiting in line at testing center? Oh well, like I said, time for bed and dreams, goodnight. Oh, one more thing, since it has to do with 'bed', do bed demons exist? Watch video and decide for yourself.

Time for bed
I had to step out today, and was the first day in weeks, that actually gained weight!
That's what I mean, there's something about being 'out there', that is unhealthy.
The food, I don't know.
I sat down at table in large meeting hall, and the first thing that was presented to me was two dunkin donuts, one glazed, the other chocolate, I ate them both.
Then orange juice, than sit through presentation, then more sitting, this and that, then come home and step on scale and gained weight.
But it's also odd how we seem to lose weight as we sleep, at least I do.
Gain by day, lose by night, I wonder why?
Here, let me find out real quick.................................
Whatever, blah blah blah, how come whenever you look up information, it's always attributed to some dorky, yes dorky overrated Proffers..
You loose weight when you sleep because..&*^%%$$$, according to Professor Jog hug fog, from the University of Jargon.
I don't need any Professor to validate what I already know to be true.
I wouldn't fit in in college, no sir ree, not at all.
Professors mean nothing to me, just like I mean nothing to them.
Anyways.

Time for Bed
You know, even with 24 hours a day free from employment the last few months (that will end mid week) it's amazing how little time you have to do what needed to be done while off.
I just now got around to cleaning, scrubbing, behind the microwave, that needed to be done weeks ago, and you clean one area, just to notice 4 more areas that need cleaning, it never ends.
As far as going back to work goes, I'm fortunate in a way, I think, in that I'll be working a part time schedule with full time pay and hours.
So as bummed out as I am to 'get back out there', at least I have a very favorable schedule, again I hope so, we'll see.
I explored a lot of options, stay at home work, this job, that job, but in the end I think this one is the best cause the income is real.
All that said, time for bed, an up and down emotional day, I realize my energy doesn't really hit me until after 3 pm.
