The 'Me' I wish others could see, but sadly most don't



The me I so wish others could see, but sadly most do not.

Sadly, in this world, people don't allow us to be who we really are, instead they project unto us their on biases forged by 'fear' within their social environment.

Perception is indeed stronger than the truth.

I use to think 'truth' mattered, but it doesn't.

I use to think people wanted to know the truth, but most do not.
Most simply want to believe in whatever it is that comforts them.

And that's fine until it effects the well being of others, or another.

For example, I walk down the street, most will see me and think to self 'Oh, they think they're tough, cause they're tall ect ect'..

When actually, no, I don't think I'm tough, and would actually prefer a 'comfort hug'.

But that doesn't resignate at all, instead the 'hate glare' continues, whether from cashier or whomever.

You must understand how utterly small people seem to me because of this.

I'm like humans, who claim to be so intelligent, why do they get it so wrong all the time?

Even women, who chose to date monsters while rejecting angels.

Oh well, at least art allows us, those like me, to step outside of other peoples perceptions and be what I want to be, be what I am.

Actually I'm many things.

What happens when someone of your same gender falls for you?



What happens when someone of your same gender falls for you, then what?

What if you're really not 'gay', but cause they're attracted to your online persona, they think you are?

Then what?

That's a weird feeling when that occurs.

I don't think wanting to look or feel beautiful to yourself has anything to do with you or ones orientation.

I think, know, anyone can project beauty, regardless of their gender.
Just like anyone can project ugliness, regardless of their gender as well.
