The Zones top 200 songs, in no particular order
There's just certain songs that 'reach' you, regardless of politics...or age or whatever. And this song here by 'Jill Scott' is on of the songs.
I can go from rock to jazz to rap to opera to country...doesn't matter.
Flesh is narrow, I'm not.

I so love this song, it's so packed full of energy, and if at a club and listening to, the song doesn't allow you to sit down, I so miss Huey Lewis and the News!
What a fun filled, energy packed, positive song!
I so miss artist like this who were just so positive and made us all feel so ever good about life, self and the friends around us.

Juicy Fruit
Heavenly early 'street' song.
So few get or understand in this age of 'bots' and sickos'.
So miss the real street vibe.

I can't wait
In the age of so much divorce...so nice to see husband wife combo team make the charts way back in the late 80's?..
And they're from Oregon, back when Oregon was a cool place to live and be.

Gosh, pretty chocolate bars...wow
Back when 'rap' had melody to it, actually, many modern rap going back to 'melody rap' I've noticed..
Love this love grove..top 200 favorite Zone songs of all time, we have so many more songs to go from country to rap to rock to bee bop to opera and more.
The Zone is very broad, like 'Time and Space'...

Her name is Rio Grande - Duran Duran
This list would absolutely not be complete (and we have a long ways to go), without Dura Duran on it 'Rio Grande', this has got to be one of the soxiest and most spooky exotic songs ever produced, and it so very much stands the test of time.
I can only imagine how many lives were soxually ruined by those listening to this song while coming of age, when young, dumb and rich, or the heirs of money.
This song just spells out 'lust' in a harmonic way, is why I classify it as exotic and spooky at the same time.
It's a melody that just says 'I'm a rich snob brat' on it, and in this songs hey day, oh I can only imagine the exotic parties this song was played at, alcohol and drug filled onclaves off in exotic places.
Or just regular average people listening to the song while driving home from work and just dreaming of a better time and place that this song will carry you off in if you let it.
So yes, this song does indeed make the list of my top 200 all time favorite songs.
So much more I could say about this song, but will end it here, and let your imagination say the rest.
