My hair is longer than it's ever been before in my life, but looks odd. Long hair looks better on you when younger, at least to me it does.
But when older, longer hair can help hide a ugly face...lol
But hair can only do so much for your face.

Males can be beautiful also, and or elegant Women have intruded on every area of man since the 1920, started with the wearing of pants, then certain hats, styles, then jobs, and then roles, and so forth. Yet, let men take back some of their space and all loopa breaks out. Grace, is simply something anyone can have, if want it.

What I don't understand about hair growth on men, is why do people go bald, yet facial hair continues to grow aggressively on face, well into older senior years?
Is it do to fatty tissue around the checks and lots of blood flow vs a very thin scalp?

Ancient males were both beautiful and graceful Not sure why males, today, are taught that they must forgo their own beauty and grace just to make some female feel whole. In ancient times, males could hold their own. And today's long clawed females, ugg, whatever, look more like goblins to me, and others, rather than potential mates.

As a male, it's important to stay fit as you ageTo many males I see, on a daily basis, just totally let themselves go, morph into slobs, Elmer Fud types. And they wonder why their marriages dissolve.

Are you photogenic?
I need a cell phone, with a camera, that makes me look true to real life, instead of like a cartoon. Let's say you..

I've really trained myself not to stress when home I've really trained myself to not stress when home. I stress during my job, at times, but when at home, no. Home is time to rest and restore the mind, your spirit, and your sanity, and whatever else. I just have like an eternal clock that just says 'stop', when brain feels stressed. I think that's why I'm still healthy, and still have full set of hair, I don't know. I just know I don't stress self out when home, and I get plenty of sleep. The days of thinking must stress self out, work 5 jobs, ect and ect, well, those days are gone...not that I ever did that. Stress is no good. And you've gotta be careful about allowing others to bring their stressful 'mess' into your life. It's all about aging gracefully I suppose. Enjoy the peace while you have it, cause when it ends, it just ends suddenly.

Sometimes I think our minds groom our bodies, and or our bodies take Q's from our minds. I mean I guess it depends on the environment, to some extent. But some males just look soft, softer than even some females, yet some males look rough, like loggers or Steve Golberg the wrestler. I think you can groom your body to be whatever you want it to be. It makes sense, if single, to want to be beautiful to self, regardless of ones gender.

I think the bald look, on males, only works on certain men. There's lots of facial variables. Not everyone has a facial structure that compliments a bald head. Bald heads work best when a person has sharp, pronounced, facial structure. And, of course, bald heads usually look best on younger men, say between 23-45. There are exceptions of course. You can be black, white, Hispanic, and a bald head looks OK, but rarely see Asians sporting that look. At least not where I'm at.

Don't forget to stretch out, as important, if not more, than working out

I just had to go out and buy some clothes, in person, at like Bealle's Outlet, a discount clothing store scattered throughout inner city hood areas. But they see themselves as a upscale discount store.
Anyways, every now and then just need to update the threads, clothing. Only bought two shirts and 2 sportswear shorts...came to around 44 dollars.
Then went to KFC, smack dab in da hood. And I'm noticing today's younger B females are trending towards 'butch' and lesbianism.
these younger urban B females are all mimicking guys, or rappers, in dress, sway, talk, mannerism, ect. So even if you date a urban younger B females, you're basically dating a guy.
This whole 'be feminine' stuff has long left the hood areas, now everyone wants to be 'butch', both the males and the females...there's no more balance. A dress, oh, what's that?? says urban females.
But they still project, or try to, some kind of mutated version of urban hood femininity I suppose. Does nothing for me.
Anyways, got side tracked there, time to relax now.

Even with longer hair, I still look ugly. It's like as a male, you just have to accept that you get to a certain age in life where you just look naturally ugly. I'm just glad I live alone, I wouldn't want others seeing me as I look in the natural, but I guess if married, couples see each other in their own ugliness all the time, and just get used to it I suppose.

Bike riding More people should ride bikes. I get so annoyed at all the traffic on the road, as many people are going are coming. I'm usually only driving on the interstate when it's job related, otherwise when I'm off, I'm home. But when traveling for job, it just amazes me all the traffic, there's no way society is ready for electric vehicles, no way. Maybe I'm just getting older now, but I just don't like driving around anywhere if I don't have to, maybe cause I have a dull life, but dull is safe. Today, I do have to drive though, gotta go rent a car and drive out of town to another place, what a headache. Oh well. When I die, I don't even want a funeral, what a hassle these days, no one would come anyways. But funerals cost people time and money, and I don't even like caskets, to me caskets are large creepy cases for the dead, I don't want to be remembered like that. If I did have a funeral, no caskets allowed, just pictures, but no caskets, I don't want people to remember me in some Dracula like casket. If anything, just slide shows of me while alive, but of course I'd have to prepare all that myself, cause no one else would. Anyways, bike rides can be very refreshing at times, and put you up and close with nature, and the smell of trees and the grass. (no, not that type of grass)..

I tell you what, I'm starting to feel my age, in as far as working out goes, it comes in the knees first, then just the kind of slowness of your movements, as in trying to shadow box, or just jump around. I remember I used to be so agile, so quick (drinking beer over the years probably doesn't help) I think I'm in great bad shape...in other words, I'm in OK shape for someone who's blue collar and goes to work, but I'm in terrible shape if comparing to a athlete who trains daily for competition. I'm fortunate to even still be alive, actually...if didn't cut back on my drinking about 3 years ago, I doubt I would be, I simply would have gone the way of most males my age. I'd be a after thought by now... yet I still get carded at stores; now I know goodness well I don't like no gdm under 21, I think people just card some of us out of disrespect. Anyways, workout 'or else', as the title of this section says... But if had to decide which is more important to your health, working out or eating right?...hmm...I'd have to say eating right will probably give you more longevity in the end.

Today, for the first time, in a long time, I just took off my visor cap and let my shoulder length hair fall and flow where it may.
I've just always kind of been ashamed of my hair, but now it's getting so long, that it does kind of have a exotic look of it's own.
Now if only I could do something about my face...
