If you want to add 5 healthy years to your life, than toss out, throw away, every and all sauce in your fridge and cabinets Want to live longer, and not have a heart attack? Listen to what I'm about to share. If want to live longer, toss out every sauce in your home, ketchep BB sauce, ect...mustard, ect. Toss it all out now, cause it's slowly or quickly killing you and making your heart weak. Yep, I know for certain now the strange aches and pain, joint pain in body was do to all the acid and sugars, and other terrible chemicals in chips and sauces...I know this cause cut it all out, pain want away, I felt great, but then slacked and begin adding a bit of sauce again, eating chips again, and that deep muscle nerve pain came back. Now I know...stay away from processed sauces, and potato chips. Or just make your own from scratch.

I've learned that, say once over the age of 35-45, all you really need is 3 good workout days a week, and that will sustain your health. More than that, and you risk overloading your body, which will then react by breaking down.

One reason why I think I often feel groggier at home than I do when outside and away is do to poor air circulation insideI mean if not running the a/c, than how is air able to circulate? Windows closed, doors closed, then I imaging the air inside becomes very stale. As such, resorting to a trick family used to do when a hobbit, eons ago, and that is on hot summer days, it would cool a bit at night, but inside of duplex would still be warm, so parents would place fans on the inside of screen window, thus the fans would suck cooler outside air into the place. Well, I'm doing that now, just as a way of getting some fresh air pumped in here..

Ye, I think there's something to that, and probably why a lot of people do tend to get groggy while inside of their house or apartment.
Like how cleaning up inside just feels so draining, yet can work outside all day and never feel as groggy as you do when cleaning up inside your place for just 20 minutes. It must indeed be do to the fact that the oxygen supply in some homes is very poor. Low oxygen makes you groggy, and that's the fact jack.

I notice popcorn before bed, doesn't, repeat, does not, make me add weight overnight as I sleep
Maybe that's just me, but I notice popcorn does not make me fat, even if I eat some before bed.

Carpets are bad for your health, in so many ways, to many ways I have to tell here.
Carpets hide so many bad things in them, bacteria, bugs, microorganisms, viruses and more.
I have tile floors, and the things I have to sweep up daily, I'd never ever notice if I had a carpet, cause with carpets 'gunk' just sinks in, it's there forever, you can never sweep or even vacuum it up.
No telling how many illnesses can be associated with carpets, which are nothing more than germ magnets.

Probiotics I'm currently taking these, OLLY probiotics, gummy types. What effects are they having on me? Really can't tell yet, only been about 3-4 days, one a day. I go to the bathroom less, and less comes out, good, bad? I know probiotics contain healthy bacteria, healthy gut bacteria that makes you gut operate more efficiently. I'm probably in near the best shape I've been in in years, yet happiness doesn't come with energy and being in good shape unless you also have love, meaning and purpose in your life. But that's a whole other ballgame there.

Stretching is as important as working out, especially as you age I just got done working out at the park, and as you can see, I also managed to get in some stretching. Stretching matters, and you can take advantage of even a fence, to create leverage for yourself as you stretch. Get creative, use your environment to your advantage.

I wonder if probiotics are responsible for my mood being so odd as of late? I've also been eating a lot of olives, and just taking other vitamins. And I drank a bit yesterday, maybe just to much stuff flowing through body right now.

I've slipped up last few weeks.
1. Been eating store bought, mini bagged chips again, that's a big no no
2. Been drinking store bought sweet drinks again, another big no no.
Why are those two items bad?
Mainly the sugars in them, but also the preservatives, and all the other side ingredients. And I feel the damage, the damage comes in these forms
a. joint and muscle pain, ever so slight when in good shape though, but can still feel the effects of unk food.
b. diminished energy levels while at work, all those sugars and ect, just slowly but surely take away your energy, not sure why, but they do.
As such, I need to tighten up again, especially at my age where I need all the energy and enthusiasm I can garner just to get through the day.

Sauce is still slow death, and so are potato chips, or the ingredients within. I've slipped back into my old habits, but must reverse those bad habit again, cause can already feel those deep muscle, tendon, pains coming back. The ingredients in unk food is like acid, I do believe, and just eats away at your nerves, muscles, bones, ligaments and organs.

I've gotta really start getting myself healthy and fit again, right now been kind of straddling the fence between healthy and unhealthy, but I need to go ahead and ump over the fence onto the healthy side.
Being healthy, as you age, ust makes everything throughout the day so much easier.
When healthy
1. Your mood improves, cause when healthy not in pain, ect
2. And when healthy, eat right, you have longer energy span throughout the day, which again improves your mood.
3. When healthy, you're more optimistic about the future, even your own.
And I could go on.
I've lived days, spans of days, when very healthy and fit, and those days are a breeze. Then I've lived days, spans of days, when not so healthy, maybe do to drinking, or bad diet, ect, and those days suck, they totally suck, when you have muscle ackes, and still have to work, ect.
I may have to take a trip soon, and see someone I haven't seen in a while, and if, when do, I need to be healthy, not so much for them, but for me, cause in order to help them, I'm going to need to be at both my mental and physical best.

I've gotta get myself fit and healthy again. Older age, and being out of shape, just don't go well together.
Veering off the healthy path, well, your body, as you age, has less mercy on you.
