I think I'll finish watch a bit of the movie 'A quiet place part 2', while I take a short little nap
It's actually a pretty decent scary movie, which leans more towards the science fiction category.

Time for a nap, after I stuff face, throat, with a bit more food to seal the deal

I just got up out of mattress from taking like an intense mini nap, it felt very good...not sure how most go all day long without taking a mid-day nap.
In my opinion, naps are for adults also, maybe more importantly so, for health restoration and longevity.

About to take my late afternoon nap, no shame in that, I mean if wake up before 7-8 am, and active, working out, this and that, than of course naps, throughout the day, or in order, unless you want to age fast and wear out your body.

Yep, I'm going to lay down and take yet another nap, this time are mid evening nap.
Not sure why I need so many naps today, it's actually kind of annoying me...but without the rejuvenation a nap gives me, I don't have the mental energy to do much.
Sometimes just laying on my back helps rejuvenate me, even if I don't fall asleep.

It's time for what I call a 'night nap', or before real bedtime nap'.
A nap where I just lay down in bed, or wherever, and either fall asleep, or just watch TV from bed, and lay still. Sometimes just laying flat on your back, legs elevated, and just laying still for a while, can substitute for a nap.

Time for a short late night nap, just to reset the energy level of the brain...but not ready for bed yet, just need a short 'awake nap' to reset energy level.

I think it's time to take a nap, I've been up since early, and worked out first thing this morning. I think a short nap is in order.

Don't be fooled by energy, just because you feel like coffee type of energy, doesn't mean you still don't need a nap. You're organs and brain still need a nap, regardless of if stimulated by caffein or other food source.

I feel drowsy, again, and feel I need to take yet another nap today, and it's 10 pm at night, but not ready for bed yet, but realize unless I take a nap, I can't focus on anything...so will lay down and take a quick late night nap, and hopefully get up in less than an hour feeling refreshed, so I can get more out of the day, cause still have much to get done.

This may sound odd, but maybe I'm not eating enough, is why I've been feeling drowsy during the day at timesI mean today, took a long vigorous bike ride, but just realized, other than a protein drink, and some popcorn, I really haven't eaten much. I know we live in era where we're all told to eat less, but just maybe, my drowsiness during the day, is do to me actually not eating enough and replacing the carbs, calories, that I use up when exercising...hmm I mean without food, we have no fuel.

Well, time to lay down for a bit and take a pre bedtime nap...then hopefully will get up in a hour or less and have at it again.
But sometimes I'll lay down for a late night nap, and just fade off, and not even feel like getting back up.

I think I need a mini nap.
Just laying down, even if don't sleep, often times does the trick for me and helps reset my energy level.
