I haven't even done nothing yet today, and already feel like I need a nap. I've only been up for about 4 hours.

I haven't even done nothing yet today, and already feel like I need a nap.I've only been up for about 4 hours. Don't fight it, if you need a nap, take a nap...then will feel more charged afterwards.
When you feel drowsy, that means your bodies trying to do something good, and needs you out of the way for a while, to save energy or redirect energy towards bio repair and construction.
