As you get older you really begin to realize what a waste of money cars are As you get older you really begin to realize what a waste of money cars are, this idea that you need a new car, or any car at all, big waste of money. If you go back and look at all the money most waste on cars, during healthy years, that's money they, we, could of bought house with, or retired early with, or went to college with and more. Cars are a waste of money, and they all break down, they all need repairs, and they all lead to greedy dishonest mechanic. And whenever you save up good amount of money, what happens, car breaks down, and either need new one or have to buy used piece of crap. Especially if paying cash, and have bad credit, cars will devour all your savings with repairs and insurance. And or stupid used car dealers tell you 'No credit check, all people approved!', they scream... Then they tell you 'Only 80-100 a week'...sounds like very little weekly, but when add up, you'll end up paying more a month for used POC than a new car, so it's like either way they, the system, has got you, us. I'm just tired of cars, and don't feel like dumping 3-5 gran on used vehicle that has like 140,000 miles on it. You people drive a lot, and you people drive fast, and are hard on your vehicles. I owned a 2015 soul, that only had 24,000 miles on it cause I never went anywhere, and lived close to work, until tree fell on it. And I drove that thing softer than even a grandmother would. Bottom line I don't want a new or used car anymore. I'm beyond thinking a 'cool car' will get me ahead in life or impress anyone, it won't...all it will do is slowly but surely drain my account, through breaking down when I least can afford it, tow bill, mechanic bill, insurance, gas, tires and more. I'd rather just continue to save my cash, until have enough saved to truly make a life change, than to continue losing money on stupid ragedy car. My love affair with cars has just ended, it's gone, and they all seem like pieces of junk to me, just waiting to break down and cause you stress.

I'm in a bad decision, cause have to decide whether to waste money on piece of crap used vehicle just to get to work, or to just quit job, and find another job that don't need car to get to.
If I spend 3-4 gran on a used car, it will take me 5 or more months to save that back up, is it worth it?, I keep asking myself? And I don't have the answer yet. Tired of working just to work, and not getting ahead, and stupid money wasted on cars is one of the reasons can never seem to get ahead.

Lets do the math..hypothetically say I had around $6,500 saved up in cash.
if purchased vehicle for say, 4 gran, that would leave 2,500 minimum not counting all the other expenses. And say I'm able to save around $1,000 a month, after other fixed expenses.
That means it would take me 4 months minimal to earn that money back, 4 freagin long months of labor. just to hypothetically get back to where I am now.
Not to mention 2 gran I dumped into vehicle repairs earlier in the year, that part not hypothetical, I really did waste money on another vehicle earlier.
So basically I will have spent half the year working just to work and not get ahead, I mean how depressing is that?
Well it is for me, especially when have nothing else going on.
It's like being in a prison camp to me, where you break rocks with a pick over and over again, but never get anywhere.
I need to save my money so I can get up out of this place, so I can move, or buy used RV, or land, something that adds true value to my existence, and cars no longer do that, all cars do is break down over and over again, and require maintenance, it's all rigged it seems, to keep the average working class person stuck in one spot.
Well I'm tired of being stuck, it's actually becoming depressing to me.
I finally find perfect job schedule, but it's located outside of bus lines, so if I quit, would have to get another job, that I may not like as much, where would have to work 5-6 days a week, and still need a car.
I don't know....Sometimes this is why I find self rooting for the bad guys in movies, cause they system they fight against, try to get around, is the very system that holds me down to the ground.
When you follow the rules, you get nothing but dirt and hardship it seems.

Ye, the whole car thing is such a racket. Even the way they rot on the inside, all that fiber and carpet BS, it all rots.
I wish they'd make a car with metallic or aluminum interior where nothing could rot or spoil or smell. Just shiny smooth metal seats, and metal floors with drain slant to them or drain hole, like in bathtub.
Cars are such a racket...to me, no car is worth over $600.00.
And all that finance BS crap, all that money wasted for stupid car?
Why would I want to get into that slavery again, screw that, cash or nothing.

I'm to old to waste 10's of 1000's of dollars on another stupid car, that's money I could use to buy land with now, land in the desert, or mountains, a place of my own, where could live in a tent or RV or build a kit house, or just buy a shed from Home Depot and live in it.
The hell if I'm going to go along with the main stream stupid 'system', and waste more money on demonic car racket that sucks people out of their life savings.

It's all a racket, I see people older than me, who still have to work, people older than me who are still check to check, who still can't relax, yet they all played by the rules, paid their taxes, bought their cars, bought this, bought that, and now that they're older, check to check.
It's all a racket, people who work all their lives, being told 'hard work pays off'...the hell it does.
Hard work just wears you out before your time.
Screw that.

Artificial inflated value placed on every thing, to make it seem you're getting a 'great deal', when all the time getting played. And or to entice you to get in debt for stupid car or house made of wood. Homes that should cost no more than 10,000 dollars, if that, inflated to prices as high as 250,000, and you're made, you the sucker, made to feel as if you're getting a 'great deal'.

I'd probably be a millionaire by now had I not wasted time and energy on things I thought I had to have, well where is it all now?...obsolete, that's where, or in the trash, or junk yard.
Should of been investing my money instead of wasting 1000's at Walmart and Target and other department stores, and buying and wasting money on stupid cars what do more.
Let me repeat this, the obscession with cars, does more to keep poor people poor almost more than anything else in society...only a few of you will get that.

If I have to I'll quit my dern job, rather than spend money just to spend money just to go through the motions of working while NOT getting ahead. Tired of being loyal just to be loyal, have been that way my whole life, and nothing, nothing in return. Time for me to be loyal to self now, self interests, and that is to save money. Time energy and health is not infinite, one day it runs out, and if spend all your time and energy and health just working just to work, without saving and thinking about what you're actually doing with your income or savings, than in the end you'll have nothing, absolutely nothing. Will be at the mercy of the 'State' or 'The Streets'. To me, you can afford a car when buying one doesn't stress you out. When buying a car, a newer car, or even a new car is as fiscally painless as buying a pair a shoes, than you can afford a car. Well I have to make a decision by end of tomorrow, cause I'll either have to find a cheap car for work, or just quit and keep all the money I already have saved up, and get another job a lot closer, even though I may hate the schedule, but at least my savings won't have been touched much at all. And buy the end of the year, maybe then finally will have saved enough for some real change in life circumstance to happen. But knowing this world, and my streak in it, I'm sure more things will just go wrong that will drain account or try to. It's as if the 'spend your money' demons just see when you start getting ahead, and then here comes the 'spend your money demons'... 'Ahh, I see you have money saved up, well I, the spend your money demon can't allow that, I, the spend your money demon will come up with ways to drain your account, to drain your savings, to keep you poor and desolate and stuck all the time, yes I the spend demon specializes in that'...

Here's what I've decided to do about vehicle situation
After much agonizing and stressing, I think I'll just go ahead and get another used vehicle.
I played with idea of getting a brand new cheap like 125 cc bike, but after watching a few videos, I changed my mind..
I think a motorcycle for me should be a side vehicle, and not a primary one, in that I'd only have a few days to buy it, and re learn how to ride it...haven't ridden a motorcycle in over a decade or more.
So after watching a few videos, I changed my mind, just don't think I'm ready for a back now, or ever.
Also, time is 'power', and this new job I've got gives me 'time', gives me 4 days to recoup and get other things done and or even seek side employment, time is power, and if manage life correctly can do more with time than a gob of money.
All you can do with money is spend it, but with time, there's infinite things you can do with it.
So I think I'll go ahead and get used vehicle, pay cash for it, and just move on and try to forget this episode ever happened, that's all one can do, time and space will patch it up as it does all trauma in our lives.
For instance, I have 4 days off, kind of blew Sunday and Today, Monday, needlessly stressing, but still have 2 full days to recoup emotionally, no other job can give that to me, most other jobs I'd have to be going back to work tomorrow, and that's just to soon, way to soon, or would have to take days off work to resolve personal issues, like getting another car.
So although not happy about buying another vehicle, for this job I will, cause I've waited years to find a schedule like this, and don't want to blow it, cause such a schedule may not come around again.
I get my full time hours in in 3 days, that's what makes it so wonderful, so pay isn't effected. And the hourly pay is pretty good as well.
Anyways, that's my decision, get another used vehicle and deal with it, probably a pick up truck so can haul stuff, make money on the side ect.
Stress really does suck, stress just totally consumes you.
Then you start drinking to cope, and feel even worse.

Almost back to regular normal happy self. I just can't believe I let the events of past few days really stress me out, but it did. But thankful I have 4 days to recover instead of just 2, or none, in that some jobs schedule a wacky, like fast food schedule or Department store schedule. I'm telling you, stress kills, stress destroys your health. So now hopefully I can move on, in that have come to terms with fact that I will have to spend money on a new vehicle. I don't want to, but oh well, let's just see what fate has in store, that's all we can do.

Was considering getting a Chrysler Crossfire
Was thinking about getting a Chrysler Crossfire that dealer has for sale, but after watching this video, not sure...funny how guy sounds like he's about to orgsm when he excellerates the car.
Vehicle seems cramped, and I need room.
But this car has a Mercedes Engine, I never knew that till now.
I'm still having issues finding vehicle, every time I think I've found one and call, it's either been sold or other mechanical issues left out in add.

It's done It's done, I went out and paid cash for a vehicle, decent shape, paid a bit more for it than wanted, but at least it's mine. I never go anywhere anyways. It's a decent looking car, on the inside and out. I guess i spent a lot of time stressing over nothing. I came right back home as soon as left dealer, I'm a home body, being out in the world makes me uneasy now. I'll make one trip a bit later just to get some basic food items. Anyways, that car buying episode is over, maybe I'll give auto review on it later on.

Gotta go back to work today, in the end, I guess I'm glad I went on ahead and got another vehicle, found one at the last moment, just yesterday, was so emotionally burned out and stressed. I didn't really get to enjoy this 'round' of off time, it's been rough since Thursday when other vehicle first broke down...tow bill, having to catch Uber to and from work, one morning couldn't get a cab or Uber so bosses wife had to drive me home, what a mess.
Now that mess is behind me, but sure more 'mess' in the future somewhere and in another form.
Because of the stress, I drank more than I should, gained a bit of weight, haven't gone grocery shopping, and called people I should not have called.
If you only call certain people when you're drunk, than you probably shouldn't call them at all...cause all you do by doing so is confirm to them whatever bias they already have against you.
So ended up just deleting certain number from phone, and other numbers last week, if they don't see value in me, than I need to stop seeing value in them.
I'm a bit 'flat' right now as I make this transition from off time back to work, but at least had 4 days to sort it out.
I just can't imagine going back to only a 2 day weekend, what can you do with 2 days off?
To work 5 days a week and still be poor at end of year, what sense does that make?
And before this job I only worked 4 days a week.
Oh well, I think maybe once I'm at the job, things will hopefully start to feel normal again.
We shall see.
And I think America should split up into Provinces....peacefully. Like a divorce or something, America needs to have like a 4 way divorce.

I'm glad I'm only 2 days into my 4 days off, if not, wow.
I mean the older you get, the more time you need to recover...not just from work, but from say partying or drinking to much, and 2 days off just isn't enough time to do that.
If had normal schedule, would have to set alarm clock, and wake up early tomorrow, screw that.
That's why people wear out so early, age so quickly, is cause forced to go back to work when not ready.
And depends on type of job worked.
Labor jobs different than office jobs or tech jobs...they take a toll to, but in different way.
I was wild last night, and so now just feel 'spent'.
I guess I'm getting older now, as such need more time to recoup, darn.
Oh well, just gonna sit back, channel surf a bit and drift off.
