Life only getting harder, or at least staying hopeful and motivated about the future is Nothing more depressing than working a job, near full time, and still knowing you're slowly going broke do to increased rent, prices, everything...how does one stay motivated under those circumstances. And when you get older, you can't just 'work more', cause as you age, your body just can't handle the stress. It's easy for desk workers, money traders, ect, to tell others to 'work more'...but when earning a living with your labor, that's not always possible.

Father left me and sister some properties, but do to neglect, not in the best shape.
Rent is a killer, so I have to decide what to do going forward.
Could sell, but if can't get another place after sell, than what's the point?
The whole point of getting old is being able to live for free in place that's paid off.

Just paid rent, and I feel nauseous because of it. Rent is out and right evil, it's theft!! I don't even know if check will bounce or not, then gotta take trip on Sunday. Life is hard for me right now, seems like my future is disintegrating before my eyes.  |

I think many migrants were tricked into coming to America, and I think many would return to their home nations, if had means to do so
I think many migrants would self deport, if had the means to do so, but most of them arrive to the U.S. totally broke.
Instead of rounding up millions, the next President should first offer a voluntary deportation window.
That makes sense, cause then they'd come to 'you', rather than having to go into communities and rip them out of homes.

Keep life simple as you age, as in learn to let go of stuff.
You'll be happier, among other things, at least if part of the working poor class.

Time to pay that evil rent Evil rent is due. I have till tomorrow, but it came up on the 'to do list'...either way rent is evil, period, it's something the industrial greedy west spread out all over the world and to the Americas...who's bright idea was rent??
Rent is responsible for more homelessness than any other cause and people going broke, staying broke, and burning through their retirement money, college money, medical money, and anything else that costs. Rent drains. Rent is an industry totally built on greed. This idea that you have to pay money just to live on any particular spot on this earth is a concept straight from the bowels of hell. At least the Native Americans didn't charge rent, life was hard enough as it was. Anyways, rent is due here soon, so I may as well get the ugliness of it out of the way...another big dip into my savings. One rent payment closer of me having to go back to work, and uselessly hustle working a job I can't stand. I think I'd rather live in a large tent on some land than to spend the rest of my healthy years/life wasting money on rent.
