In no rush and enjoying every second of time off
How come the elite, those who work at Universities, love convincing themselves that lower income types are always miserable and sad?
Says who?
I"m not rich, but I still have everything I need to live, bills paid, and enjoying a long stretch of time off, and can just relax and watch TV. I mean isn't that what the rich strive for?
Yet according to studies on CNN, NPR and the rest, because I'm not a millionaire, they think myself, and others like me are miserable...again says who?
You know, the more I observe College Professors, they're actually the ones who seem dumb and uninformed to me.

Why do some only seem to think that 'prostitution' is the only way one can be physically exploited?
I think exploitation can and does occur to many people in the course of the day, physical exploitation, and that's called a brutal low paying job that body aches, or strains to make it through shift.
To me, when it comes to labor, exploitation is anytime you work, but unable to earn income above your basic bills, or just barely, and we all know barely doesn't cut it, cause barely will keep you poor and broke forever.
Barely doesn't cover when your vehicle breaks and repairs cost 2000, which can wipe out your savings, and then something else goes wrong and now in the hole, yet have to continue to work physical labor job that strains your body, like if already injured or this or that.
Or maybe have to work a overnight shift, and strained to keep awake, but still 'near broke' when it's all done and said with.
Beautiful people, yes, they get exploited, but so do the ugly, wore out and old, who still have to labor as if they're 19, yet still can't get ahead of bills.
I think I'd rather work in a office, and have people flirt with me, the boss, whomever, and get raises, and promoted, than to work out in some Watermelon field in 100 degree heat with bugs biting you and no chance of a raise ever.
Who's being exploited more there?

About to go hit it, that is work in a way, subject myself to stuff, that I would not, if were wealthy.
Being poor, salary poor, is basically like being a glorified slave.
Only you're allowed to leave the plantation at the end of your shift.
Oh well, when has life ever been ideal for any era of people?
At least not born under some brutal King during the Conan the Barbarian century where some snake god wants to seduce you before throwing you off a cliff.

It's amazing how much junk mail, you, I, as a poor person gets, as if we're a wealth generating corporation within self
I go to check the mail yesterday for first time in a week or so, and box stuffed with just, just useless paper, envelopes, solicitations, old bill collectors, flyers and more.
And you're like just 'one' person, yet stuff mailed out to you as if you're a corporation that's worth something.
You're only worth what your body can generate for you hour per dreadful hour of work, and not a cent more.
One check at a time, and not a check more, and then that's even gone pretty quickly on fixed bills, so you ask yourself 'why all the junk mail?, what do they think I have that makes me worthy to receive piles of junk mail as if a corporation with deep wealth'?
I mean I sure wish I knew the wealthy version of myself these solicitor's seem to think I am.
As if just have piles and pile of gold, diamonds and cash stacked away, and they're all trying to get it from you, get you to spend it, well that's news to me.
Anyways, I'm beat right now, time for rest.
Left all the junk mail in vehicle, forget to bring it in with me, it can stay there for now.
My working class body needs rest, that's my priority till next shift.

How long is work suppose to be good for you?
Just how long is working, just to work, still suppose to be good for you?
You worked long hours when young for the idea of attaining something greater in life.
Fast forward a few decades, still working hard, it becomes obvious aren't going to obtain anything grand or great, it becomes obvious just working to stay a few months ahead of nothing.
So this grand idea that 'work builds ethics' blah and such, sure is fine when younger, and need the discipline, but when older, all work builds is a soar back, and aching bones, and coming home tired and beat.
Going back to slavery, in any country, I wonder what happened to slaves when they got to age where they couldn't function anymore?
There's not much history on that, I mean you don't really hear about senior citizen slaves, at least I haven't.
Or take Joe Biden, guys obviously losing his mind, but he's former VP, sons are wealthy, he has wife, grandhobbits, all wealthy, Government pension and more, so when he begins to fade, which he already has, what does he have to worry about?
But what of people in Joe Biden's condition who are still months away from nothing? then what?
What happens when have no grand pension, no family to care for you, no place to go other than your own, what happens then when begin losing the ability to work, yet can't fiscally retire?
You get laid off, then what, now have a few months of savings, when that runs out then what?
The streets?, a homeless shelter?, break the law, and go to jail and make jail your retirenment home?, or worse, suicide?
For many Americans, growing old in a nation where you lose all your value unless you have money, it can be scary.

If a/c goes out and it's still hot
If your a/c goes out and it's still hot out, and trying to sleep and need to stay cool
1. Get a towel
2. Wet the towel
3. Get a fan and aim fan at you will laying down with wet towel over part of body you want to keep cool.
OK, that's just how poor people do it.

Being poor is like an invented verb.
I mean I'm not as rich as Trump, but don't have 1/100 of his problems, and get to sleep in, and have all the food I can eat, much of it rots, I only have one stomach.
I have a car, basic bills paid, I have a TV and a radio, shoes, and clothing, and very laid back schedule.
100 years ago I'd be considered very rich, most of us would, just think about that.

I work around people who make $13-17 an hour....
And I work around people who make $150,000 a year.....
And the only difference I see in competency, drive, attitude, is that one makes $13-17 and hour and the others make $150,000 a year.
In other words, same people, different pay, and that's how some get rich and otehrs do not.
I deal with both, and can't tell the difference based on pay.
One 34 year old earns $12 an hour, deals with public, multi tasks at job.
Another 34 year old earns $150,000 a year, just sits behind desk and answers phone.
Again, a large paycheck is how you get ahead, not hard work.
The 34 yr old earning 12 an hour can work their butt off, and will still only earn 12 an hour, what extra profits their labor does bring company goes to investors or elsewhere, not in a pay raise.
And the 34 year old earning 150,000 a year, can be as lazy as a clam, and they'll still earn 6 figures.
But some talk radio host will convince you they earn 150,000 a year cause they work harder...BS.
They're fat, so they never had to work hard in life.
Just a dose of real reality for ya.

Holiday season begins, and Holiday pay is gooooood. OK, you all know how much I hate to work, but dam, just looked at today's pay check and I was like 'Wow', what did I do to deserve that?? And company offering more hours, more pay, and bonuses during holiday peak season, cool. At first was down and depressed about that, cause I've, we've all, heard that noise before from lower till companies who promise this and that, if you bust your butt, but you don't see it in pay check. Well this company here, wow, they do pay...and pay well...one of the richest companies on the planet. For privacy reasons won't say, but some of you smart enough to figure it out, maybe. So ye, I just agreed to work 4 days on, 3 off, which means pay checks will balloon for a few months...but what about me, my moral??? Here's what I'm going to have to do in order to survive this period, cause 'body' don't care about pay checks, just 'conditions'...pay checks matter to man, not biological nature. Here's what I'm going to have to start doing. 1. Organize, less mess, less stress. 2. Stop drinking, again, when stop drinking, energy level surges, and I become more hyper, which will be needed for long night shifts. 3. Tell self that all this extra money will be earning will go towards better future down the road as in... a. Land,3-5 acres, or more, of cheap land that I can just pay cash for. b. RV...A RV to go on that land, either that or one of those 'snap together' type homes for fraction of price of new home. Or just a large wooden shed from Home Depot, which to me is a home for someone like me... Yes, 3-6 acres of land, a shed/home like this, and I'm set...then going forward could pick and chose my work schedule. When don't have bills, it's you who are in charge, here me! So anyways, if I tell self that all my suffering over the next few months has a purpose, than more likely to survive it, more likely to be able to keep moral up. Sports car??? Not really, I mean who would I be trying to impress now?...I'm not in love with anyone. Although 'Love' does make you goofy, but not in love at the moment, so don't really need to dump, waste money, on a sports car... I just want 'freedom' as I age, that's really all I desire anymore, freedom of schedule... House boat maybe??? I use to want a houseboat, ultimate freedom, I mean when off could just sail, drift out into harbor or lake, drop anchor and do whatever...good ones are very expensive though. Anyways, all I know is the more money you have, the more options you have..but when labor for that money, there's always a sacrifice. Health always has to come first, no matter what, health and moral. Am I strong enough to do this?...we shall see.

I've got a 170 check, I don't need to cash it, but will.
I'm not even thrilled about it, cause 170 dollar check doesn't change my life in the least bit.
It's not a job check, rather it's a check from something else, more like a refund type of check from auto place.
But still, I'm so unenthused right now I don't even want to take the time to go cash it, cause it won't change a thing in my life.
I should just mail it into bank.
However, the only reason why I want to go cash it, is for some cash money back so that I can waste money on a lottery ticket or two, cause that's the only way this 170 check would have meaning to me is if the 20 dollars of it I spend on lottery ticket will pay out.
If can win 100 or more, I'd be OK with that, but of course if could win like 1000 or more, that might put a smile on my face today, but doubt that will happen, I'll just end up giving my money away to the State, but still, have to try...have to keep wishing and dreaming or life becomes just a series of not very fun tasks.

Let's face it, if you have to get up and go to work every day, than you're poor, regardless.
If have to look at your pay check every week, than you're poor, let's just face that fact.
The older I get though, the less nobility I see in being a honest good worker, I don't really see no reward in that anymore, I just see getting older, and body and mind getting more tired.
Sometimes I envy those who are dishonest and cheat the system and get free money by filling out various forms.
I've never done that, but dang, sometimes I envy those who do.
Instead I get up and labor daily like a low class fool.

Today screams of 'stay at home' type of day, but if a labor slave......Today is just one of those days where every ounce of your body, soul and mind tells you to just stay at home and bunker in... But if of the poor working labor class, you're kind of a slave to 'the schedule', as I am today. So even though if truly free, I wouldn't think of leaving place today, because I'm not truly free and bound by ethics to a degree, I must fulfill my scheduled work slot. But I did set down the gauntlet yesterday and told employer to give me an extra day off per week, thankfully I'm worth my salt or any other large employer would of just reverted to 'policy'...and thankfully when signed on, had they reverted to 'policy' they'd see the contract I signed said I only had to work 3 days per week....so I was within my bounds. But then during the Holidays was asked to work more until season over, well season over and you know how companies are, they forget things and will use you to no ends....but I wasn't having that. Every day I wake up, that's energy meant for 'me', not any corporation or company, but do to living in society where things cost money, most of us have to get up and out there and work. Some like their jobs, others can't stand their jobs. And depends on who you get to work around, if working around fun people, time seems to fly by, if working around duds, it sucks, or if nature of job is to work alone and remotely, it can be lonely. Either way, I only need 3 days of this interference in my life which I call a job, a nessisary evil. At this stage of my life I'm obligated to no one or nothing, not even society, and funny how those who think you should kill yourself, your body, by laboring daily happen to be millionaires or well to do types who earn passive income or radio hosts ect, they'd fall ill if had to labor daily like most. But ye, I laid down the gauntlet, after today, back to 3 day work week, sure they're longer days, but I prefer that to 4 days of hell which is so disruptive to healing and persuing other things outside of mundane job. If could do again, I'd for sure chose a more fulfilling type of career/job where could actually have input and possibly make a difference in society. Oh well, time to continue prepping for work, what a waste of a day, total waste. I didn't wait a trillion years to be born just to do mundane meaningless stuff for peanuts.

I'm to lazy to cash $600 check
Maybe lazy is not the right word, rather not motivated to get up, dressed, groom, go through traffic and all, just to cash a $600 dollar check that won't make a world of difference in my life right now, unless maybe took 40 of it and bought some lottery tickets and then turn around and win $40 gran or more, now that would make a difference.

I should take that 600 dollars and give 100 of it way to some homeless types.
like in 20 dollar bills or maybe one lucky person I give 50 dollars to, something to actually make them happy, if not just for a day.
