I think I'd rather tolerate a roommate, than get another job.
Or use that AirBNB service, but not sure if where I stay allows that or not.

About to do something very scary, and that is look at my checking account balance
I've been spending money like i have it lately, just not caring, just wanting to be happy in the moment, and sometimes that means spending, buying, without worrying whether you have enough or not, like the rich do.
But, but, nothing worse than going to the store, running your card, with 5 people behind you in line, and having cashier say 'Your card was declined', as everyone stares at you.
There's no worse feeling than that, so to avoid that, I'll go check my balance now and just take it from there.

A few bags of groceries cost $73 dollars and some change
You gotta eat though, and better to eat healthy than to eat junk food.
And junk food probably costs as much, or even more.

I think one of the things I can attribute to my apparent health is I try not to stress.
When I work a long shift, like today, and get home late, I just don't try to overload the mind with to much other stuff, tasks, worry, ect, but rather I just try to relax, even if it means doing nothing until bedtime.
I think, know, stress can be harmful to the body as we age.
And one long shift, meaning waking up at around 6 am, then getting home between 8-10 pm, then going to bed around 11-12, can make for a long day.
It's like being awake for 17-18 hours.
I only do it a few days a week though, but some jobs people do that every day, 5-6 days a week, no way, not me.
And notice it's always talk radio hosts who sit on their butts and just talk into the mic, that tell blue collar people to 'Just get two jobs if you need more money'.
Obviously talk radio hosts have no idea how much strain on the body working 2 jobs can have, to the point where it can effect your health, especially as one ages.
Anyways, long day, gotta do it again tomorrow.
Life kind of sucks when you hate what you do to earn a income.

Sometimes I get home from work, feel so mentally exhausted, and can't believe I'm still here.
Sometimes I guess the older you get, it's harder to believe you're still here, when so many have gone before you/us.
And not sure what the end game is anymore either.
Outside of being loved by family or another, what exactly is the end game anymore? wealth?....well if that's the case most of us will never get there.
Religion? Heaven?
Well now that I've backed away from all that, even that kind of seems like a farse to me.
In the end, 'God' will decide who goes where, not man and his religion.
Anyways, my mind is shot, one more day tomorrow, then off for like 5 days, I can't wait.

When older, poor, and aren't going to meet anyone at work anymore, makes work seem so intrusive to my life.

I'd rather work less hours and be poor, than to work harder longer hours, and still be poor
I mean we all know those who are always chasing overtime hours, thus being exploited for their labor.
Not me, nope, I don't play that mindless labor game anymore.
I'd rather just work less, and enjoy quality home time, and not be stressed, than to work harder, stress out the body, and still be poor.
