Sleep is the best time for me, most of us, at least those who are sane.
It's that time, for whatever reason, biological body heals itself, while entertaining with dreams on the side to keep you from waking up.

1. because never sleep flat, legs always elevated above head.
2. It's silent
and that's basically it.
Sleep, sound sleep, is so very important to health.
Is why don't understand why so many freak over health care crap.

I never go to the doctor, never take medicine, I simply get proper rest, and eat semi right...and I try to exorcise and not STRESS....I mean what's the big deal?

When it's very cold out, do you sleep at night with heat on, and stay chummy all night, even though utility bill will be higher?
Or do you turn off heat before bed, get warm under covers, and then freeze in morning while getting dressed?
Warm all night, expensive, or cold at night, but warm under blankets, yet when get out of bed/couch, then freezing cold for a few, I mean which is better?
I should just flip a coin.
(added thoughts)
OK, I've decided to turn heat off and take chance with cold, take chance and hope covering will keep me decently warm while asleep, body temp under the blankets usually does the trick.

I'm going to start using a regular old fashion alarm clock again soon, just so I can sleep at night without being disturbed, and can turn cell or smart phone off as I sleep.

When I sleep, I'm so happy, it's the way I sleep, I never sleep 'flat'...legs always elevated above torso, and basically bare.
I feel so free, as if just melt into bedding, melt into dreams, that are always fascinating.
And because I'm currently healthy, I breathe good, no aches, I just lay there, starring at the ceiling sometimes, in the dark, wanting to be tickled by something, anything, at times, just to feel noticed.

Tonight, before I actually fall asleep, thoughts will have odd creatures hitting me with baseball bats, punching me, kicking me, but won't feel pain, just see action.
As they tell me how useless I am.
The real demons don't come around usually until between 3-5 am, in the form of sleep paralysis.
I fear the day when health and heart not strong enough to 'snap out of it' or 'wake up'.
Nothing is fair.
Therapist- Do you feel better now?
Patient - Yes, I just had to get that out, nothing will change, so many have it worse than me, but just had to get that out.

It's like medicine...and maybe restful sleep is the only 'heaven' that exists'.
