Social media use to be what ended peoples sense of isolation and loneliness, and peaked probably, I'd say, 6-10 years ago, as far as unvetted conversations where comments on social media sites and followers, allowed to freely flow.
But then they, some in the tech industry, realized how much power they had released among common people, millions able to talk to millions without a paid phone line ect.
And so the tech world begin reigning in that type of power of the people stuff, and Trumps election just made it all worse, and totally politicized it all, cause since his election, 10's of 1000's of accounts, voices, have been 'wiped'...I still remember when they started with 'Info Wars', on YT, and once they removed him, the dominoes just began to fall.
Peoples 'follow counts' dropped almost over night, which I don't get, I mean were those followers even real to begin with?
Regardless, behind the scenes tampering began, manipulation of views, who got out, who can be heard, who will be silenced and so forth.
Now social media quiet as hell except for headline news type stuff basically.
Social media was a path around Hollywood and ect, for common people to shine, but now social media is Hollywood and difference makers, and everyone else just snuffed out, again.
The average persons voice once again just doesn't matter anymore.

Give Rumble a try if sick of YT...and can monetize sites without all the YT bs.

Ye, just like I thought, twitter not willing to allow just any ole average person to accumilate 10's of 1000's of followers or get 100,000 views anymore, I went to their 'pay to play' page, and sure enough, if want to get your tweets out there, you have to pay to play.
No wonder so hard to get followers or engagements anymore on that platform, cause now, behind the scenes, they control who gets to see what...that's wealth and greed for you.
Let me rephrase that, nothing wrong with wealth, it just saddens me that some allow wealth to make them greedy, thus hurting those without wealth.
In the past you could be broke as hell, yet get on social media and feel like a million bucks do to all the views and interaction you'd get from random people, now days, good luck with that, for unless you have a 'campaign' going on and willing to pay to promote your tweets, good luck with gaining followers.
How grossly sad, why do the ugliest of those on the inside always end up being the ones who control everything?

It's amazing how just walking over, and conversating with real life neighbor for 15 minutes, does more to heal, comfort, lift moral, than like 20,000 tweets on twitter ect, ever could do.
Nothing beats old fashion face to face interaction.
Sometimes I think social media is an invention of 'Satan', assuming Satan exists.

Went out again, spoke with real person, people, just so much more refreshing and real, organic and more.
Social media, where others control who sees what, is an invention from hell.
Actually not, social media, back in the day was 'fun', but then 'man caught up with it'.

Twitter is a mixed bag, depending on what you use it for.
If have a business with like 1000's of followers or even millions, you'll take twitter much more serious, but if just use it to 'recreate', fool around on, and have less than 50 followers, your view of twitter will also be different than someone who has 1000's of followers.
Like if they suspend account, and want you to go through 'verification' and or 'appeal if you disagree' type stuff, if have less than 50 followers, why would one do that?
And most followers on twitter, these days, are like 'ghosts', I mean they follow you but hardly ever respond to your posts, so losing them is really no big deal.
Me, I'd rather let an account go with under 50 followers rather than play the game of verification and or appealing ect.
The fact that they don't already know who I am tells me I'm a few steps ahead, I kind of like that.
I mean I never use any real name ever, when signing up to social media, haven't in years cause something told me a decade or so ago that one day that wouldn't be such a wise thing, and glad I listened to voice.
So even my email sign ups have nicknames.
All that aside, to me, twitter, social media in general, is just a 'toy', I don't make money off of any of it...it's all just a big toy to me, like flying a kite or something.

And in all my years on and off of twitter I've never made a single friend on there, never sold anything, never have bought anything, so they really have no leverage over me, and or many other casual users, to me it's just place to post excess thoughts and ideas, and now there's tons of other places to do that....
I actually find Parlor more useful and interactive now, I hear they've re-opened, I should probably go there and see how it is now, and I hear Trump working on his own social platform, and there's others out there, just gotta search.
I mean being on twitter with 10-30 followers, how is that leverage over anyone?
If anything twitter is like smoking a cigarette, it's bad for you but you still do it.
You 'tweet' more out of habit than nescessity.

I don't play that game, twitter is not some 'throne' to me, something I worship, again it's more like a 'toy' to me, a way to let others know I exist and have things to say they may be interested in...that's called 'life'...is why butterfly's are bright, to attract others of it's same kind.
Communication is life, communication is energy, anyone who denies that is to proud to admit the truth.
Even 'Jesus'/God, as majestic and supposedly large that it is, according to the bible, is not complete unless measly man on their knees bowing and worshipping 'it' for all of eternity.
(Think about that one long and hard)
Anyways, back on twitter, I new start, new account, let's see what happens this time around.

I must admit it troubles me a bit that more and more, the 'behind the scenes' tech types go out of their way to 'mute' common people.
It's sick when you think about it.
Whether on the left or right, if a common person, more and more, your 'expression' gets muted online, or 'not allowed to naturally be distributed'.
It's like the powers that be, only want fewer and fewer people to be allowed to be heard by the masses.
I've seen views totally fall, shrink, not just here but other places, where as say 8 years ago, if you posted something, 1000 views within a week, before behind the scenes tech devils began controlling the flow of information.
It's sickening, it really is, in that in the beginning the 'web' was meant for backyard type amateur types who just wanted to chat with neighbor, but now today, rich sick minded greedy, global demons have taken over the net and information flow, and now want to put common people back in their place, silence 'you', us, ect...hell cannot be hot enough for such types.
