Not the worst Monday ever, but certainly not the best. In the recovery stages (I hope) of some kind of inflammation infection caused by reckless health behavior on my part which would be consuming caffeine and drinking at the same time, not good.
And also by not laying off of 'sauces' of all kinds, which tend to have all sorts of evil ingredients in them as well as store bought bottled drinks.
All that stuff adds up after a while, and normally immune system keeps you, us, me, up and running, but one wrong slip of the immune system and things come crashing in.
It's why health really does matter, that way if do get sick, or an infection or a cold or the flu, if already healthy, sure you may be down or feel down for a few days or a week, but if already healthy you'll recover a lot quicker.
A week and a half ago I was exercising in the park, so that should tell you I'm in decent health, if wasn't already in decent workout health and this happened, I could be dead, for real, that's how important good health is, not just when you get sick, but before you get sick so that when get sick you have a better chance of recovery.
That being said, it's Monday.

And have to be careful about over taxing the brain with to many tasks. Seems everything in our bodies work like a muscle, even the brain, and if tax it to much it effects over all health also. I recently had a physical for my job, and as usual blood pressure perfect or better than perfect Yes, I have good blood pressure, always have, but that doesn't mean I can't get sick or fall ill in other ways. I'm sure there's plenty of people who get sick and die with perfect blood pressure. If I want to stay all around healthy I've also got to 1. Eat right 2. Avoid sugar or sugary drinks (store bought snacks period) Which is very hard to do. 3. Get plenty of rest and sleep 4. Don't stress of stuff 5. Stop drinking alcohol 6. Lay off caffeine which is a inflammatory for some (I think I'm one of those) And more. Even taking naps during the day is a good thing, if have job that allows it. Adults need naps also, maybe even more when get older. 7. Just learn to be happy, smile, and laugh If your body thinks your happy and enjoying life, it'll keep you healthy, but if sad all the time, your body won't work as hard to keep you healthy and alive. So learn to laugh.

I don't ever get up, ready, and feel like I'm awake until around 2 pm.
That's fine when I'm off work, but when I do work have to usually wake up around 6:30 am, which means I spend first part of day in a working stupor.

Nothing worse than the sound of weed wackers and leaf blowers and lawn mowers to shatter the morning peace, as hired lawn maintanance personel do their thing.
Engines really sound ugly to me early in the morning.

Is it to late for me to make something meaningful happen on today?
You know, I think I need to start dating again, dating makes life more exciting cause you're thinking about more than yourself, and always fantasizing about when the first time you and your date will lay down together...I mean come on, let's just be honest about that, unless a old fashion nun from the 1950's, in today's world women want it just as fast as the males do, maybe even faster now.
Just look at all those hook up apps, and those apps don't work if it's just males.
That aside, can I salvage today?
Is there anything I can start and finish today that will make me feel better tomorrow?

The most fun thing I could do for myself is go try to finance a brand new car, that would be fun, practical no, fun, yes.
I had that joyful feeling once already, I enjoyed if for first few months until those payments started rolling in. Even if I financed a Dodge Challenger, fun fun fun, moral builder, until about the 3rd payment, then moral killer.

Soon you learn to stop feeling bad about stuff you can't help or change, so you learn to move right along with time.

It's Monday here in the Zone It's Monday here in the Zone, and around the world, yep, it most certainly is Monday. Oh, what shall I do and or get into today? I haven't been to the beach in years, I don't really like the beach anymore, all the sand, and all the attractive people who never talk to you. The only way I could enjoy any beach now is if it were a private beach and I were the only one on it. I think I'd enjoy a lake more than I would a beach. Anyways, the day is here, so am I, so let me figure out what to do. Yep, it's Monday.

The day is young still, yet already feel like going back to bed.
It's nice out, but I don't really care, I'm content to stay put.
What is my problem?
I need to get up and out more, or do I?

Monday has landed on me like a rock Monday has landed on me like a rock, can I still salvage the day? I need to conversate with another to get my senses back, maybe go to the store. And the rain is intermentant outside. Or I could just sit here and do nothing, and wait for the world to find me. OK, where can I go? I don't really need any food, I'm good on clothing, I really don't need anything accept a hug maybe, and that I'll never get. Time to create a 'to do list', to get me moving in any direction and get my thoughts off of self.
