I sleep under clothing, a pillow, pillows, or anything else nearby on the bed I can grab, but I never ever sleep under the sheets, ever.

I have a fear of bed bugs, is why I don't sleep underneath anything at night I got attacked by bed bugs years ago, and it was horrifying, and is one reason I don't sleep under anything anymore, the idea of sleeping between sheets horrifies me to no end. So when I lay down to sleep, I sleep above the bedding, covers, whatever, with maybe some clothing atop, if it's cold. But you will not ever find me slipping my body or legs in between sheets ever again and or anymore.

Been sleeping a ton lately, maybe it's my way of trying to reset body and mind. Sort of like trying to erase previous days, and so sleeping so much that it's almost like when you do wake up, get up, it's like being born again, or born 'anew'. Solid dreaming through it all to. Although sadly face still looks the same, no sleeping beauty effect, darn. I was hoping maybe face would look younger when woke up, nope...oh well. Starting to get cooler where I'm at also, that I welcome. I will stir around a bit, then go back to bed and sleep, but later tonight I'll have to stay up. A blast from the past In above post, 'person' thought that sleeping could actually change your face, as in make you wake up looking better, sadly they were disappointed, as post states.
Scientist, here in the Zone, have shown that the only way to make your face look better is to lose weight and not drink alcohol and to learn to smile and chew gum, for chewing gum stengthins your jaw muscles, which gives your face a more distinct square look to it.
This according to top notch chewing gum advocate of Hubba Bubba gum institute, or at least I think so.

Ordered a big thick comforter like the one in the picture below, and it's the most comfortable thing I've slept next to in years This comforter, it's like it's alive, it's so thick and firm and mushy and I can't explain it, it just feels wonderful to sleep under, next to or wrapped around your body, or however you want to use it. I like it so much I ordered a second one. Can't way, I'll be getting seduced by two queen sized comforters soon.

New comforter arrived It arrived today, and oh how I can't wait to lay upon come bed and sleep time. I've got two now, cause they're so very soft, you like just melt in them. I sleep odd. I don't ever just sleep between sheets, the traditional way, no way. I don't even have sheets. I sleep on top of stuff, and wrap stuff around self as temperature requires. Laying between sheets just freaks me out.

Put me in a regular bed, between buried between sheets, I think I'd freak out. I don't need to sleep between anything.
except maybe a sleeping bag if camping or in a cold place. But I'd rather sleep in a sleeping bag, than between sheets, I'll even place sleeping bag on bed, a bed, and sleep in or on the sleeping bag before I'll slither my legs and body underneath sheets, no way.

Sometimes the only way I can force myself to finally go to sleep, fall asleep, is to just turn the lights off Lights out, goodnight, sleep tight, don't let the twylight zone bugs bite.

these comforters are so soft, I think they fool the body, cause they feel like they're alive. So when you sleep immersed or wrapped in them, it's as if you're sleeping with something. I don't want to say 'flesh', but they do feel 'alive', warmth, that's a better description, warmth, silky and warm. Soft and warm, so when you lay in them, as you're sleeping at night, it's as if you're sleeping with someone, yet you're not, and as such has a comforting/soothing effect, which I do believe is healthy. cause no one should be alone, so if single, I do recommend you get you some comforters like the one in picture above, get 2 or 3, and lay all up between them. You don't even need sheets. Sleeping on a flat bed between sheets is not the best way to sleep.

Now I have 3 comforters Now I have 3 comforters. Ordered a King sized black colored one, and it arrived today. I should really treat myself and just buy a large regular bed, but beds kind of creep me out for some reason.

Going to just lay back now and melt into these comforters, melt into them and escape this fast paced world for a few hours. The mind and body can only take in so much during any 24 hour cycle. And I'm about done taking anything in, now time for the subconcious world of mind rest and dreams to take over. goodnight...🌒🌛

I slept in so long and good this morning, it's so refreshing to sleep in late and not get up until ready.
Well tomorrow that's over as I have to work, so means getting up earlier than would like, oh well.

Sleep until rested, is the only way to do it. And how much sleep you need will depend on what you did the following day, stress levels, diet, and more.
I think I need another 30 minutes of sound sleep.

Can't sleep right now Can't seem to fall asleep right now, so I'll write about that fact that I can't seem to fall asleep right now, maybe that will help release some mind energy. Yesterday at this time I was drinking, and just having a good ole time all by myself at home. Drinking, acting stupid and silly to self, emailing, calling, having a party all by myself. Cops even came over at around 2 am or so, cause I called the non emergency line and was like babbling on and on, so they gave me a wellness check to make sure I wasn't a lunatic I guess. It all turned out fine and dandy, until I fell asleep and woke up the next day feeling like ultra crap. And now gotta work tomorrow...and can't sleep as of yet. I almost had the drinking problem licked a few months ago, but do to lonliness, well, I started drinking again. People don't understand what it's like to always be alone, at home, at your job. Couples have no idea what it's like to always sleep alone, to not have ever anyone to make whoopi to or another to make whoopi with you, I mean that's just a basic function of humanity, and anyone who says otherwise is fooling themselves. And when alone there is no god or nothing, all there is is your thoughts, that can drive you mad at times. It really doesn't matter that a god, somewhere out there, loves you, when you're alone....all that matters is that you're physically alone, which some actually enjoy...but even those who enjoy periods of being alone at least still have family or friends or even co-workers who pester them...I don't...I have nothing and no one in my life, outside of my job, and even that's a relationship based on pay...I get paid to do a service, to show up to work, nothing more nothing less. ------------------------------------ Anyways, just laying down some thoughts to ease the congestion in my mind...maybe now it'll be easier to lay down and fall asleep....we'll see.
