I could only take less than 1 minute of a Amazon original movie, cause in opening scene, or second opening scene, there's a house Xmas partying going on, and the Dad walks in holding gifts and then you can see how there's a equal number of 'blacks' in the how, scattered around perfectly for the camera just to make the place seem inclusive. I felt like vomiting, I really did, cause life's just not like that. People just aren't the 'inclusive' once they leave the workplace, and most 'white folks' I know don't go out of their way to cram pack their house with minorities just for 'effect'. And it's insulting to see that on film. And I was hoping it would be a good movie..'The Tomorrow War', is what it's called, some sci-fi flick, but dang can they at least keep the 'messaging' out of sci-fi? Obviously they can't, is why I've long stopped being able to view Any Star Wars movies, cause all Star Wars has turned into is Sesame street, with all the everything is fair messaging. Hey, lets place a black person here, a Asian person there, make sure the Captain of the ship is a cross dresser and that the General is Transitioning and make the the toughest best fighter a 80 pound female and so forth. It's garbage man and it all just feels to forced. Ye, I just couldn't take this movie either, where guys on the streets who shoot people dead, urban black youth, are presented in this movie as being Einstein therorist on mathimatics, it's disgusting. Every scene in this movie, they have to fill with like 40% blacks, not just lighter skinned Asians or minorities, but dark skinned blacks, as if to send some kind of message of what? I just find dishonesty to be so dam annoying.

I think the 'Creep Show' is probably the next best thing to the Original Twilight Zone series Creep show is the next best thing to the Twilight Zone, and I only say that cause the Creep show doesn't try to copy the Twilight Zone but rather just tries to be the Creep show. Where as even newer re invented versions of the Twilight Zone annoy me cause they're trying to copy the original show. It would be like a woman or man trying to mimic your one and only wife or husband if they're deceased, you just can't do it, you have to be yourself, period. And I think the Creep show just tries to be itself, is why they're OK with me.

Finally got the TV on again, haven't had it on in over a month, but sometimes I need that escape, TV provides a different type of escape than even internet does.
Just watching older shows, does something, calms me down.
Old fashion TV shows, cheazy static acting...sometimes I just need that, to slow me down, calm me down, and remind me things will be OK, as I thought they'd be when a hobbit watching many of these older TV shows now in rerun of course.

I actually find myself referencing 'Data', on Star Trek, just as much if not more than Mr Spock. I mean they're both 'Logical', but Data seems a bit more stiff, a bit more 'today' type of A.I.

Good ole fashion TV still helps soothe my soul at times Not sure why, but still find myself soothed by like the older TV shows, the older westerns from the 50's and 60's, and watching the old movies with the old Stars in them. It just calms me down, how life is presented in such a sterile manner. Clear paths, men were men, women looked like women, roles were defined. Yes, it was production, but when watching you forget that. And when alone, by yourself, sinking into these older movies can be kind of therapeutic.

Sometimes I try to live my life as if a character on Tv, and it just doesn't translate so well. I guess it depends on who you're around, when around common types, it doesn't work well.
Common people are fine, but unlike on TV, common people in real life just kind of drain your dreams out of you.

I think what it is, is sometimes you have to get absorbed into another persons story, in order to temporarily forget yours.
Is what TV kind of does for us at times.

I like the Chief of Police character O'Conner's played in the TV show 'In the Heat of the Night', way better than his Archie Bunker character
In the heat of the night tv show, long since off the air, is now one of my favorite TV shows of all time.
The writing is superior, and the actors all do a great job, accept maybe some of the younger ones towards the end when they tried politically correcting the staff.
But if look at the cars from this show, these or like 1980's vehicles, I didn't realize this show was that old.
I never really showed much interest in this show unil maybe a decade ago or so, if that, and watching the original movie sparked interest in me as well.

OK, time for me to turn off the TV, just getting to caught up in TV shows, and now the Mike Huckabee show is on, I think he ran for President once, and was Governor of Arkansas years ago.
Now he has his own TV show, cool, I guess.
And then Heat of the Night is airing back to back episodes, and no telling what other shows are on that'll draw me in, so will just turn the TV off so can get other stuff done on this Sunday night.

I tell you what, free antenna TV just about as good as streaming services now days
I can only watch on show at a time, and antenna TV has plenty of channels and shows that are entertaining.
Sure there's commercials and sure I can't freeze the show, but so what, it's not that important to me.
I have Prime, and barely watch that as it is.

I can't stand late night TV commercials which always seem to push medicines, and exploit sick or handicapped or diseased people, just to tug at your heart so you'll donate to this or that cause.
All I do is turn the channel.

Just couldn't get into TV tonight on antenna TV.
To many commercials, and also I don't like when on these fund raising commercials for special causes, I don't like when they show sick or diseased or mentally ill people on Tv for the sake of tugging at your heart.
I just turn the channel immediately, cause there's nothing I can do about it.
I mean if can raise enough money to air a commercial about a sick person, or someone with down syndrome, than surely that same agency can or should of taken that money to help whomever they think we, the audience should help.
I mean if money could solve those issues, they'd of been solved decades ago.
Think about that.
But that aside, just to many annoying images on the screen tonight, so turned the TV off quickly after one round of channel surfing.

When I'm sickly and in need, isn't a soul on this planet going to send me a dime or lift a hand to help, so not sure why I should always be compelled to help others, when not a soul does now, or would then, ever help me.
When my time comes, will probably just _____ a ____ to ___ _____ and be done with it.
